CLEAR YOUR MIND RITUAL
In times of stress, it's often easy to lose sight and focus on getting things done. As you come home to unwind, treat your mind to a well-deserved rest by giving it the extra tender, love and care it needs so that you can refocus and get back on track. Follow Aromatherapy Associates’ ritual to clear your mind and recharge for a new day.

Before you begin:
To get in the right headspace,
light a relaxing candle to transform
your surroundings into a haven
of calm and serenity.
The Ritual:
Begin your ritual by gently exfoliating your body by brushing up towards your heart with the Polishing Body Brush. This brush is great for stimulating and toning your skin, leaving your skin looking bright, fresh and even. When ready, start the warm water to fill your bath or create a welcoming steam in the shower.
Massage a capful of De-Stress Mind Bath & Shower Oil directly onto your torso, focusing on any areas of concern. Cup your hands, bring them to your face and inhale deeply 3 times. Step into the bath or shower to feel the benefits of aromatherapy, focusing on your breathing. Inhale the calming and clarifying powers of Frankincense, Petitgrain, Wild Chamomile and Rosemary to organize your thoughts.
After Bath or Shower:
After rinsing with warm water in the bath or shower, step out, dry off, and extend the ritual by massaging De-Stress Muscle Bath & Shower Oil onto your skin focusing on the back of your neck, torso, and feet to soothe achy muscles and pain.
After completing the ritual, enjoy the brilliantly focusing and clarifying powers of Frankincense to focus thoughts and clear the mind as you sip on a nice warm cup of chamomile tea. Apply 1-2 drops of Lavender essential oil directly on the palms and inhale deeply to reduce emotional stress and anxiety and improve sleep.
