OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Not only do we offer free shipping on every shop order over $50 in the United States, we work fast because we know you that's how you want your products shipped to you. We make every effort to process your order within 48 hours. When you place (a non-beauty box) order from our shop, you can expect your products to ship within 1-2 business days. If you place multiple orders at the same time we will group them whenever possible.
That's our promise to you!
We ship worldwide, except select regulated items containing alcohol such as nail polishes and fragrances. For monthly subscriptions, items containing alcohol will be replaced with a product of equal or greater value.
International orders have the following shipping charges:

OUR RETURNS POLICY
THE MONTHLY BEAUTY BOX
Once you have been charged for your subscription or limited edition box,
PETIT VOUR is not able to refund your purchase.
If you would like to return your non-beauty box purchase, you have the option to return your product(s) for store credit, minus the cost of return shipping, except for select items*.
The original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
On orders purchased using 'free gift' promotional offers,
the added gift items must be returned with the order.
Returns are only eligible for 14 days after your order’s delivery date. Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)’s are required on all returns (to request a return simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org).
PV Points earned on the order are also deducted when the return is processed.
TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at email@example.com with the
Order # and the reason for your return.
Products must be in the condition you received them:
unopened, unused, AND in the original box and/or packaging. For shoes, soles cannot show signs of wear.
Once the return has been received and inspected,
you will be sent store credit for your next purchase.
Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed
once it is received at our warehouse.
FOR PRODUCTS MISSING FROM ORDER OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If an item is missing from your order or damaged in transit, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement item. For damaged items, please email us with a photo and description of the damage and we will send you a return shipping label. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be shipped back to you.
